Energy systems for factories and heavy industries
Our work concentrates in the electrical system, starting from power incoming from Taiwan Power Company(TPC).
At loads of 161KV (UHV) or 69KV (EHV), we design and build main substationa, utilizing traditional and new emerging technologies such as renewables hybrid systems. All options are presented and discussed with customer till the one best suit is finalized.
Energy Management Systems
With the aim of energy saving and carbon footprint reduction, we design and build energy management systems fo commercial properties and heavy industries. Our EMS systems feature:
- monitoring/control of energy on major apparatus on the site.
- load shedding before contract load is exceeded, to avoid heavy fine imposed by Taiwan Power Company (TPC).
- logging systems including event recording
- remote control using mobile applications.
Onsite test/fault prevention
We provide maintenance, test and trouble shooting for the entire electrical system, according to a pre-determined schedule.
Our aim is to identify problematic device(s) in advance, to ensure no production shutdown happens due to electrical apparatus faults.
Utilities
We design, build and maintain onsite plant utilities such as natural propane gas (NPG), steam, compressed air, and other piping systems.
